About Our Groomer
Meet Annie! Annie is the lead stylist and owner of Your Next Door Groomer LLC. With more than a decade of pet grooming experience, Annie specializes in breed specific styles, as well as the much requested Puppy Cut, and the style modifications that come along with it.
Annie started her grooming career at a pet store franchise in 2011 and at the time, had the ambitious dream of becoming a veterinarian. But in a lovely spiral of events, the passion and artistry she developed while styling pets guided her to the eventual spawning of her own in-home pet grooming business.
Now, with her mastery in pet styling, Annie plans to continue her education in veterinary medicine and incorporate that knowledge into her grooming expertise.
“Because I’ve been a groomer for so long, I can tell how a style is going to look on a dog just by seeing his or her bone structure and hair type. Not many BUSY pet parents HAVE THE TIME TO CONNECT THESE DOTS, BUT nutrition and lifestyle PLAY HUGE ROLES IN a dog’s appearance. I want to teach pet parents the importance of optimizing their pets’ inside health so that their pets’ outside health shines through their hairstyles.”
